Refunds and Cancellations Policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return the product. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:

  • Product seal should not be opened
  • Product has to be in unused state
  • Request has to be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • We accept the request if there is a mismatch in the product or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Products that don’t belong to the brand
  • If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand
  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products
  • Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to breach in personal hygiene.To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns
  • on opened merchandise.

How to return the product? Simply contact us and return the products to our address by sending back. However, postage will be charged at actuals if the return item is other than product mismatch .

When will my return request processed? Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

NOTE:

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with the proof of image or video. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable

Refund Policy

Please note that, a coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of a refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. – Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 150 which will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after deducting INR 150 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected to enure it is in its original unused condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Duties out of India

Any additional unforseen duties that may be imposed by the respective country outside India as import taxes/duties, shall be borne by the customer.The brand will only be paying the cost of shipping at actuals to the courier facility. The brand is not responsible for bearing additional duties of any kind if imposed by the tax agencies of the respective country.
